well this is just an ordinary recipe with an extraordinary title (taela, bilang ajjah lebay…)
the french sez this recipe as : garang asem kuning bandeng hihihi… (orang prancis depoks kaleee!!!)

the YELLOW JHAQUETTE du BANDENGZ de la BUMMBUNEZ et BAKARREEEZ
ingredients :
- 3 pcs clean medium bandeng (gatau bahasa inggrisnya bandengzz, males nyari di kamuzze), cut into 3 parts each
- 7 pcs garlic
- 9 pcs red onion, cut into 2 parts
- 7 pcs red chili (biarin aja ga usah dipotongin, mw dipotong juga serah deh kalo maksah
)
- 10 pcs small javanese chili (cabe rawit jawa booo, yang merah kuning orens maknyoss itu looo..)
- 2 pcs kunyit segede telunjuk, belah 2 (lupa juga basa enggrisnya kunyit)
- 1 pc very big tomato or 2 pcs medium tomato, cut into 4 parts
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- javanese tamarind, se-enough-nya
- lengkoas, daon salam, daon jeruks (ini juga gatau enggrisnyah) secukupnyah, gapake juga gapapa
- salt se-enough-nyah
- pinch of sugar
- brown sugar (gula jawa aka gula merah itu looo…) se-enough-nya
- soy sauce (kecapppp niii) se-enough-nya
- water se-enough-nya
- kemangi seiket (se-enough-nya yah, or you can also add daun melinjo if you like it, or you can skip this veggie ingredients if u don’t like it)

how to :
it’s a simple one-two-three steps
step one - preheat the large pan on the stove (with small flame), put in the garlics, red onions, red chilis, javanese chilis, kunyits and tomatoes. Let them brownie on the pan until it smells good, rather blacky aka gosong dikitz yo it’s alright lah, pokoke mpe wangiiiii….eh smells goooood…
step two - add the bandengz and cooking oil, stir gently
step three - add water and the rest of ingredients, close the pan and cook it with low heat until it well-cooked (about 40 minutes to 1 hours – up to you lah pokoke, sematengnye…
) – stir them gently coz u don’t want to destroy the bandengz…

then wa laaa… the yellow jhaquette du bandengz de la bummbunez et bakarreeez is ready!!!

serve it with warm rice n shrimp crisp (aka krupuks udangs)

yang penting ngetik postnya dulu tuh yang suka males, liat aja blog ini mpe kapiran hehe…kadang foto bertumpuk tapi ga jadi posting2… ndilalahnya pakdhe minta resep ikan, resep ini dulu belum pernah kena jepret, kalo tempe tepung, capcay, telor, lalap tuh uda kupoto hehehe…
tar nyari bandengnya dulu pokoke seblum tanggal 8 khan…
